Pacifics Announce “Saving Second Base Night” to Raise Breast Cancer Awareness
San Rafael, CA- On Saturday, August 26th at Albert Park, the San Rafael Pacifics will raise awareness for breast cancer with “Saving Second Base Night,” hosted by Dr. Karen Horton, Pleasures of the Heart and United Markets.
The first 250 fans to the game will receive pink Pacifics “Saving Second Base” T-shirts.
The Pacifics will also hold an auction that will feature special bras decorated by local celebrities and artists. Funds from the auction will be donated to Bras for the Cause/Tri-Valley SOCKS.
Tri Valley SOCKS is dedicated to raising money for local breast cancer charities to help support breast cancer research, treatment, and educational programs.
