Advanced Ticket Sales: Tickets to future Pacifics games can be purchased online at pacificsbaseball.com or at Albert Park on game days at the Barbier Security Ticket Booth. The ticket booth is open from 1.5 hours before game time until 1 hour after the start of the game.
Albert Park Address: Albert Park, built in early 1950, is located at 618 B Street in San Rafael.
Alcohol: Alcohol is served from the time the gates open until the last out in the 7th inning. Alcohol is limited to 2 beverages per person per purchase. Alcohol may not be purchased by anyone under the age of 21, according to California law. Proper identification with proof of age must be presented at the time of sale. Alcohol sales may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of Pacifics management.
Autographs: Pacifics players sign autographs on the field adjacent to the first base dugout immediately following each game. Players are not available to sign autographs during pre-game preparations or during the games.
Backpacks/Bags/Purses: Backpacks, bags and purses larger than 16X16X8 inches square are not allowed in the ballpark.
Bike Rack: There is a bike rack located in front of the ballpark adjacent to the Barbier Security Ticket Booth.
Bottles, Cans, Outside Beverages: No outside beverages are permitted in the ballpark. Fans with medical needs, baby bottles, or one plastic bottle of one liter or less containing water is permitted.
Broadcasts: All Pacifics home and road games are broadcast through streaming services accessed from the team’s web site, pacificsbaseball.com.
Concessions: Fans can find the following concessions at Albert Park:
· Brenda's 1st Base Café: Located on the first base side of the ballpark, Brenda’s features ballpark fare such as hot dogs, popcorn, nachos and soft drinks as well as unique menu items such as gourmet sausages, tri-tip sandwich, West Brooklyn Pizza and our signature Cincinnati-style “Around the Horn” chili
Disabled Services:
· Parking: Accessible parking spaces required by law are available in the designated stalls located in the player/staff parking lot immediately adjacent to the ballpark
· Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available at field level on both the first and third base sides of the ballpark. Any guest wishing to sit in one of these sections should request seats in these sections at the Barbier Security Ticket Booth
· Service Animals: Service animals are welcome in all seating sections of the ballpark where the guest using the service animal may go. A service animal must be under the control of the handler at all times and must have the animal on a leash, harness or other tether at all times. The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their animals and for the animal’s behavior toward other guests and Pacifics personnel at all times. The Pacifics are not responsible in any way for the care or supervision of the service animal in any way.

Exit and Re-Entry: Because the restroom trailer and Kirby’s Kids Zone are located outside the ballpark perimeter, guests are permitted to exit and reenter the ballpark with the proper wristbands.
First Aid: Any guest requiring first aid services should contact a Pacifics employee, our security guard or report to the Guest Services desk at the Main Entry Gate.
Foul Balls: The Pacifics are happy for fans to keep any foul ball hit into the stands or beyond the ballpark perimeter as a souvenir, however all fans must remain off the field of play and must not interfere with a ball in play. Violators are subject to arrest and ejection. To help the team remain sustainable, the Pacifics encourage all fans to return foul balls to any employee or to any concession stand. Fans returning foul balls will receive a free ice cream from The Sweet Spot.
Gate Times: Albert Park opens 1 hour prior to the first pitch. Game times may vary so please check our website and posted schedule to be certain. Game times generally are as follows:
Group Outings: Groups of any size are welcome to hold their party or event at Albert Park during a Pacifics game. You'll save substantially on ticket prices and have access to some unique benefits like specialty catering menus, on-field activities (first pitch, between innings games, for example) and great event venues at the ballpark including an on-field party during batting practice in our BP Zone.
Guest Services: The Guest Services desk is located inside the Main Entry Gate. Our Guest Services staff can help with ballpark information, lost and found, game schedules and a variety of other services. Also, sign up for on-field games, for kids to play in Kirby’s Kids Zone and to register for the Pacifics newsletter.

National Anthem: If you’d like to sing the National Anthem before a Pacifics game, please send via email to info@pacificsbaseball.com a demo of you singing the Anthem. Space is limited so we’ll only contact you if you’re selected.
Parking: Pacifics partners at Bio Marin offer free parking in the lot at the corner of Lindaro and Andersen Drive, directly across Andersen Drive from Albert Park.
Prohibited Items: Prohibited items not allowed in Albert Park include, but are not limited to: glass bottles, cans, weapons, poles, umbrellas, thermoses, beach balls, inflatables, banners, signs, flags, laser pointers, firecrackers/fireworks, boom boxes, air horns, whistles, musical instruments, pets, drones or other items at the discretion of Pacifics management.
Promotional Guidelines: Giveaways are available while supplies last. Only one giveaway will be given per ticket bearer. Schedule and giveaway amounts subject to change without notice.
Rain Outs: In the event a regulation game is not played, a guest with a valid ticket may exchange that ticket for a ticket to any other game remaining in the current season or for a game in a future season subject to availability. No refunds of tickets are permitted.
Restrooms: Public Restrooms are available within the ballpark.
Season and Single Game Tickets – Season and single game tickets are all available online at www.pacificsbaseball.com.
Smoking: Albert Park is a smoke-free facility. Electronic cigarettes and smokeless tobacco are subject to the same restrictions.
Strollers: Strollers may be stored at the Main Entry Gate across from the Guest Services desk. The Pacifics are not responsible for the strollers or their contents.
